A Civil Marriage Ceremony gives you the opportunity to create a Wedding ceremony as individual and unique as you are.
You have complete control over where, when and how your Ceremony takes place, and my job is to help you to make it the perfect start to your day and your future.
You may wish to write your own vows, or enlist my help to do so. Alternatively, you may want to draw inspiration from a range of resources of your own, or ones that I can direct you to, including readings, poems, music or cultural symbols and rituals. You may also wish to include and acknowledge family and friends in your Ceremony, which can be achieved in a variety of ways.
My aim is to work with you to ensure that YOUR day is as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
The “Just for You” Package
A beautiful ceremony suitable for an intimate wedding with just your witnesses/family (up to 10 people).
This ceremony package is perfect for those who prefer to keep their ceremony simple, private, and personal at a location of their choice – on a beach, in a park or in their home etc.
It is also ideal for those who have chosen to elope, or as an alternative to a Registry Office ceremony, and for those who are planning an overseas/destination wedding and require the recognition and registration of the legal aspect to be completed here in Australia.
- An obligation free initial meeting for you to decide if I would be the right Celebrant for you.
- A beautiful ceremony at your selected location.
- A ceremony, personalised for you and with the option to include your own vows – your perfect ceremony!
- Preparation and lodgement of all legal documents and registration of the marriage online on the day of the ceremony.
- Applying for your official Marriage Certificate with Births Deaths & Marriages after the ceremony (additional BDM charges apply, and the cost will depend on the type of certificate you require).
- Presentation of Marriage Certificate and complimentary copy of the Marriage Ceremony at the completion of the ceremony.
- To be at the venue a minimum of 45 mins/1 hour before the ceremony.
- Help and support every step of the way to create and conduct a beautiful and memorable ceremony for you on your special day.
Your “Personalised Ceremony” Package
This package to allows you to create a beautiful and personal ceremony at your chosen venue amongst family and friends. Whether you are sharing your day with 20 people or 200 +, this ceremony will be an intimate and personalised celebration for you to share.
- An obligation free initial meeting for you to decide if I would be the right Celebrant for you.
- Unlimited contact (meetings, phone calls, emails, texts etc.) to write, prepare, finalise the ceremony and answer questions and confirm details as required.
- Personalised ceremony – the perfect ceremony for you!
- Inclusion of readings or poems, rituals, music and personal vows into the ceremony – as required.
- Professional PA system (with music capability), to ensure the ceremony is heard by everyone and play your music (if required).
- Conducting the ceremony at your chosen venue.
- Fully dressed signing table and 2 chairs (if required), including Swarovski Crystal pen for signing the register.
- Preparation and lodgement of all legal documents and registration of the marriage online on the day of the ceremony.
- Applying for your official Marriage Certificate with Births Deaths & Marriages after you are married (additional costs are incurred depending of the type of certificate you require).
- Presentation of Marriage Certificate and complimentary copy of the Marriage Ceremony at the completion of the ceremony.
- To be at the venue a minimum of 45 mins/1 hour before the ceremony to ensure set up and coordination with other suppliers goes smoothly.
- An on-site rehearsal 1-2 weeks before the ceremony – if required.
- Help and support every step of the way to create and conduct a beautiful and memorable ceremony for you on your special day.
